ALBANY-- Kenneth Shelley, Jr., 46, a resident of Albany died on Tuesday, January 19, 1999 at his home. He was born on August 21, 1952 in Liberty, NY and was the son of Kenneth and Flossie (Barringer) Shelley, Sr. He was employed as a taxi driver for the Buzzy Taxi Service in Albany.
