Action Item: --- Approved Dorothy Corey's variance requests for three parcels on Woodin Road. Approved was an 8-foot setback variance for a wooded lot to allow for construction of a duplex as well as two side variances for Corey's residence, and the Crescent Auto Body, Inc. site to correct property lines.
