Fed: Kidman reveals her struggle after split with Cruise

NICOLE KIDMAN says she felt embarrassed and humiliated when she split with husband
TOM CRUISE, and had to be coaxed out of bed to continue her movie career.

KIDMAN's today revealed the struggle she experienced after her 10-year marriage failed
almost three years ago.

She's told the Nine Network all she wanted to do was curl up in bed but the fact she
had two children, ISABELLA and CONNOR, meant she had to continue her life.

KIDMAN says she no longer wanted to work and had to be persuaded to take up acting
roles -- including that of VIRGINIA WOOLF in The Hours, which landed her an Academy Award.
